Obscura Dreams describes its work as rooted in storytelling, emotion and finding beauty in the unexpected. The goal is not simply to record what is in front of the camera, but to make the finished image carry atmosphere and invite a second look.
That point of view travels across very different assignments: architecture and listings, portraits and headshots, live events, commercial commissions and food photography.

Kristofer Laing
The photographer behind Obscura Dreams.
Kristofer studied at Sheridan College and is publicly identified as the founder of Obscura Dreams. His current professional service profile includes portrait and headshot photography, event photography, commercial and food photography, sports and nature photography, stock photography and video editing.
